Nobody plays a season on twelve balls. Between the ones you lose and the ones you retire, a regular golfer gets through five or six dozen a year — and at pro shop prices of $54.99 and up, that is a number you have never sat down and added up.
So we stopped selling boxes and started selling the year. One membership, one price, and every ball after that at a price the pro shop cannot touch.

The only rule that matters: twelve balls in, twelve balls out. No cap on how many times you do it inside your membership year, and no minimum spend. Exchange shipping is $9.95 both ways, or free for 20 Strokes.
You'll lose more than you'll ever wear out
A fifteen-handicap loses close to three balls a round. Over a season that's seventy balls gone into the trees and the water — against maybe five that genuinely wear out. Any company telling you a replacement programme solves your golf ball problem is solving about seven percent of it.

Nothing you send back gets thrown away
Every ball that comes back is washed, inspected and sorted by hand. The ones with life left go to junior golf programmes, high school teams and range partners. The rest are recycled properly.
More than 100 million golf balls a year get fished out of hazards and resold in this country. We would rather yours ended up in a kid's bag than at the bottom of one.

The five rules
Send back all twelve balls from a dozen and twelve new ones are free. Short a few? Then it isn't an exchange yet — keep playing them, or replace lost balls at member price.
Balls carrying the r4 stamp only. We cannot take the ones you found in the woods in 2014.
Played hard is fine and expected. Cut, cracked or split open is not — those go to junior programmes or recycling.
Exchange as many times as you like for the twelve months your membership runs. Renew and the counter simply keeps going.
It belongs to you, not to any particular box, and it does not come along with a resold box of balls.
Why a membership year rather than a lifetime promise. Because we intend to still be here in ten years, and a promise with no end date is one nobody can price honestly. Twelve months is long enough to be worth it — most golfers will exchange two or three times inside a season — and short enough that we can keep making the ball better instead of defending a number we set in 2026.
